Now we should think what the proper exercise for 30s, the answer is ;
- Cardio twice a week
- Strength exercise 3 times a week
Cardio and strength exercise is a better if not doing excessive , cardio – strength exercise as long as 30 minutes with light load.
At more 30s endurance has dwindle , so if we want to stay beautiful and healthy the exercise focused to strengthen the muscle. Doing the strength exercise cardio continuing but should remember not to heavy avoid the accident. a better do cardio exercise is more or less 20-30 minutes is enough with 5-8 levels (middle intensity).
