Be a slim with healthy breakfast
Breakfast……that many people avoid breakfast, not meaning the are still slim and sexy. The thought are really wrong. Healthy diets with food often so forgotten, slim is not means without food or a little food to eat, but with the right diets be a healthy and slim.
Healthy diets should have an good quality of breakfast. How a breakfast said have a good quality ;
Contain a good calories – more or less that same with lunch and a dinner – how you are have an healthy diet program – suggestions is ;
Just have a calories more or less 1500 in one day -
So 400 – 500 calories when have a breakfast.
How this compositions of healthy breakfast :
55% – 60% carbohydrate,
15 % protein and 30% fat.
Plenty of carbohydrate when a breakfast will be sleep and fatigue before lunch.

- ½ glasses of cereals low sugar high fiber
- 1 glasses of milk low fat
