Relationship of bodybuilder and high protein certainly only not issue, but real in fact. That is have bad relationship. Why we talk bad relationship..? they have assume the protein is muscle so they have to consume high protein are usually obtained from egg or food supplement.

- Beef, poultry, pigs, goats.
- Fish or shellfish.
- Milk , including cottage cheese , yogurt.
- Dried nuts, beans or grains.

Who the new cell in the body to replaced…? The answered is high protein consumed. So we should have interest about food nutritious consumed every day. Protein form a structure in our body such as hair, skin, bone and muscle skeletal. Besides high protein in our body also form antibody, enzymes, hormones such as insulin and transporters like hemoglobin.
Protein is substance are very needed in our body after the water, more or less 15-20% from the total weight. For the bodybuilder 60-70% protein be located in the muscle skeletal. That caused the bodybuilder should to consume high protein in higher number.
