Lateral flye
Lying on her side by the body elbow crutch , lift your hips off the floor so that you are in a straight line from head to toe. lift your arms and your legs up, hold this posture for approximately 10 seconds while lifting and lowering your arms. repeat for both sides. The target is stomach muscale.
Lower abdominal corkscrew
lying on your back with legs in the lift with a little bent. put both hands on the buttocks, key the core muscles , exhale and lift your legs up and turn right, go back to the floor and turn left lift, inhale as you put your butt back on the floor. Lower abdominal muscle will be get benefit of the exercise.
